ASP Emporium Source Code License

You are free to use my ASP source codes for whatever you want. I hope you can find a use for at least some of it. This code can be modified, reworked, changed, used commercially, for any purpose, by any person or organization, for any legal reason provided that you do not intend to use these codes for malicious purposes. I would appreciate some credit if you actually use these codes commercially but that's up to you.

This source code is not freeware or open source. It is the intellectual property of me, Bill Gearhart, unless otherwise noted, and is displayed here in this website for informational and educational purposes only, although you are granted permission to use this code for any legal purpose.

No code contained within this web site is meant to harm your computer but you use this code at your own risk and I, Bill Gearhart, will not be held responsible for anything that happens as a result of using these codes.

You take this code without any guarantees or support, however if you post questions in the comments area, I will probably get around to answering your questions when I have time. Otherwise, I leave the responsibility to you, the users, to answer each other's questions in the comments area.

Once the code is taken from this server, you are on your own. Don't clog my mailbox with unnecessary or outrageous requests because I'm not here to solve your problems. Figure it out. You'll sleep better that night if you do it yourself.

I enjoy alternate methods so if you significantly change one of my apps, please send me your solution and I may post it. This however is not mandatory, only a courtesy.

Please remember that these apps are not complete. They are in desperate need of real error handling and some code should be totally retooled, especially if you modify anything on a large scale. These examples are only starting points. None of these apps should be used commercially without significant modifications. These apps should be considered first alpha releases unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the release notes for required files, security warnings and other important information for each application.
